Our zero cost initial consultation can take place at your property or our offices. We will talk to you about your building project so we can fully understand what you are looking for and offer design advice where it is needed. Comunication and understanding your needs are extremely important in derlivering your project, so it is our first priority to get a clear undertsanding of everything.

Once the design is finalised we will produce a set of drawings for planning permission. These drawing will be submitted to your local planning authority alongside the appropriate forms. After this is done optional 3d packages are presented if required for your project.
